Key Responsibilities
Academic & Career Guidance
✅ Provide virtual counseling services to students, offering academic, emotional, and career guidance tailored to their needs.
✅ Develop and implement individualized academic and career development plans to help students stay on track with their goals.
✅ Conduct virtual workshops and webinars on stress management, study habits, time management, career planning, and college preparation.
✅ Guide students in selecting the appropriate courses, degree programs, and extracurricular activities to align with their academic and career aspirations.
✅ Offer mentorship and motivation to help students overcome academic challenges and increase their self-confidence.
Student Well-Being & Crisis Intervention
✅ Utilize digital platforms and AI-driven tools to assess student progress and mental wellness.
✅ Provide emotional support and guidance to students facing personal and social challenges that affect their academic performance.
✅ Offer crisis intervention and conflict resolution support as needed to assist students in dealing with difficult situations.
✅ Develop coping strategies and resilience-building techniques to support students' mental health.
✅ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students receive holistic, well-rounded support.
✅ Monitor students' social and emotional development to detect early warning signs of distress and intervene accordingly.
Data Management & Reporting
✅ Maintain confidential student records using secure online databases and tools, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
✅ Track student progress using analytics and generate reports to measure the impact of counseling interventions.
✅ Stay updated with the latest digital education trends, counseling methodologies, and mental health best practices.
✅ Provide data-driven recommendations to improve student performance and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Requirements
Master’s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in student counseling (preferably in a remote setting).
Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology and behavior.
Proficiency in digital communication and online education platforms.
