3. What You Should NOT Upload

For your safety and data protection, we strongly request that you DO NOT upload or mention any of the following on naukrimitra.in:

• Full residential address or house number (city or locality is enough).
• Aadhaar / UID number, PAN, bank card numbers, bank statements, or any financial information.
• Passport, driving license, or scanned copies of identity cards.
• Unnecessary personal photos or sensitive documents.

You may share such documents directly with the employer after hiring if required — the website does not handle that process.

4. Profile Visibility & Application Flow

• Your professional details are visible to employers for job matching purposes.
• Your contact details (phone, email, full resume) are shared only with the employer(s) for whom you specifically apply.
• Employers can send you initial messages through the website without accessing your private contact information directly.

5. Platform Limitations

naukrimitra.in acts only as a connecting medium. It does not take part in any final hiring decisions, salary negotiations, or background verifications. Once a candidate and employer are connected, the platform’s role is considered complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

The website does not take responsibility for the accuracy of job postings, employer claims, or any external communications. All actions, exchanges, and agreements between employers and candidates are made at their own discretion and risk.

10. Employer Obligations & Prohibited Uses

Any misuse may lead to permanent suspension, legal action and blacklisting from the platform.
