Key Responsibilities
Delivering Exceptional Client Care
Conduct virtual therapy sessions, customizing approaches to meet individual needs.
Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and design personalized treatment plans.
Apply evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies.
Ensuring Ethical & Professional Excellence
Maintain accurate, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant records.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health care.
Provide immediate support and crisis intervention as necessary.
Commitment to Growth & Learning
Stay informed about advancements in psychotherapy and mental health.
Participate in peer supervision, consultations, and professional development.
Engage in ongoing education to refine therapeutic methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
Licensed Therapist – Must possess an active license in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD).
Clinical Experience – At least two years of providing psychotherapy or counseling services.
Comfort with Technology – Experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
