Virtual Training Analyst

Responsibilities:- Design and Development:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Develop engaging and interactive virtual training content, including e-learning modules, webinars, and multimedia materials.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create practical learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Platform Management:
- Administer and maintain virtual training platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support learners and trainers to resolve any platform-related challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools to recommend enhancements and improvements to the virtual training infrastructure.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops, ensuring engaging and compelling content delivery.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to support learner development and achievement of training goals.
- Adapt training approaches based on learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze training data and metrics to evaluate virtual training programs' success and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and presentations on training outcomes, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about training strategies and content updates.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates on training program status, challenges, and successes.
- Foster a collaborative environment by sharing best practices and encouraging knowledge exchange among team members.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and virtual training and learning technology advancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in virtual training methodologies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to virtual training and instructional design.
- Bachelorβs degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in virtual training, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, webinar software, e-learning authoring tools).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
