Core Responsibilities

  • Guide borrowers through the digital onboarding process with clarity and empathy.
  • Leverage cutting-edge onboarding platforms to streamline documentation and verifications.
  • Conduct data validation to ensure application accuracy before handoff to underwriting.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently across digital channels such as secure messaging, chat, and email.
  • Monitor pipeline activity using advanced CRM dashboards to keep all tasks on track.
  • Collaborate with tech and operations teams to improve user experience and reduce friction in borrower interactions.
  • Help refine onboarding workflows by analyzing bottlenecks and contributing process improvements.
  • Using loan origination systems (LOS) and document management tools, track each applicant's journey from initial entry to approval readiness.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Track onboarding success metrics, including time-to-complete and error rates, using real-time analytics
  • Contribute feedback and insights that inform system upgrades and automation enhancements
  • Support audit and compliance teams by maintaining detailed digital records and data trails

Tech Stack and Tools You’ll Use

  • Loan Origination Systems (LOS) like Encompass or Blend
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Automated Workflow Tools such as Zapier, Slack integrations, and Asana
  • Data Validation and Reporting Tools like Google Sheets with data connectors, Tableau, and internal BI dashboards
  • Secure Document Platforms, including DocuSign and Box
  • Communication Channels: Microsoft Teams, Intercom, Zendesk Chat
