Key Responsibilities

✅ Course Development

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using cutting-edge tools.
• Integrate multimedia, gamification, and adaptive learning strategies to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure courses are responsive and mobile-friendly for a seamless learning experience across devices.
• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM-compliant platforms.

✅ Accessibility & Compliance

• Develop e-learning materials that align with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) to promote inclusivity.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and other accessibility standards.
• Conduct usability testing and implement user feedback to optimize content effectiveness.
• Stay informed about evolving accessibility standards and best practices to accommodate all learners.

✅ Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers and multimedia developers, to deliver compelling learning experiences.
• Research and incorporate emerging technologies like AI, AR, and VR to enhance digital training solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to support team growth and innovation.
• Keep updated with industry trends and digital learning design and development best practices.

What You Bring

✨ Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages for interactive content creation.
• Experience working with LMS platforms, including Moodle, Blackboard, and Canvas.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical challenges efficiently.
• Knowledge of xAPI (Experience API), SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model), and CMI5.
• Expertise in creating assessments and tracking learner performance through analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote work setting.
