Responsibilities

- Evaluate vendor performance against quality, delivery, and cost benchmarks, then act on what the data reveals
- Lead supplier negotiations, securing terms that hold up well beyond the signing date
- Refine supply chain workflows to reduce disruptions and sharpen demand forecasting
- Track emerging market trends and procurement technology relevant to the business

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in procurement or supply chain analysis, ideally with measurable results you can speak to directly
- Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert raw data into a clear course of action
- Confident negotiation and communication skills, particularly under pressure
- Experience collaborating with remote or globally distributed teams
