Location: Remote Salary: $147,850 per annum Job Overview: We seek a highly skilled and strategic E-commerce Supply Chain Manager to remotely oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will deeply understand e-commerce logistics, inventory management, and supply chain strategies. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supply Chain Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company’s e-commerce objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
  2. Vendor and Supplier Relations:
    • Establish strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable conditions.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Oversee inventory levels across multiple channels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Implement inventory management systems and practices that improve accuracy and reduce carrying costs.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
  4. Logistics and Distribution:
    • Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment.
    • Optimize shipping and distribution strategies to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics and transportation.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes with overall business operations.
    • Provide support and insights to other departments on supply chain-related matters, including product launches, promotions, and special projects.
    • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, inventory management, and distribution strategies.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience managing vendor and supplier relationships.
