As a specialist, you will develop, implement, and manage educational technology solutions that support our educational objectives and improve student outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Integration and Support:
   • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify technology needs and solutions that align with instructional goals and curricular standards.
   • Evaluate and recommend educational technology tools, platforms, and software that enhance teaching and learning experiences.
   • Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students on using educational technologies, ensuring effective integration and troubleshooting.
2. Curriculum Development and Enhancement:
   • Work closely with curriculum developers to integrate educational technology into the curriculum, promoting innovative teaching methods and learning strategies.
   • Design and develop instructional materials and resources that leverage technology to support diverse learning styles and needs.
   • Assess the effectiveness of technology-enhanced curriculum and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
3. Project Management and Implementation:
   • Lead and manage educational technology projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
   • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to implement technology solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
   • Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology tools and platforms, providing regular reports on their impact on educational outcomes.
4. Professional Development:

5. Research and Analysis:
   • Research best practices and emerging technologies in educational technology.
   • Analyze data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of technology initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
   • Prepare reports and presentations on technology integration, usage, and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Build strong relationships with educators, administrators, and technology partners to support collaborative efforts and drive technology adoption.
   • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with educational goals and objectives.
   • Participate in team meetings, conferences, and professional organizations to stay connected with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational technology, instructional design, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of educational technology tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead technology integration projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of technology to support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS), digital content creation tools, and online learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
