What This Actually Involves
Most days you're inside Illustrator building patterns that need to hold up at scale, not just look nice as a single tile. You'll go back and forth with marketing and production teams to make sure a design fits the brief, then take rough sketches or half-baked ideas and turn them into vector work that's actually ready to print.

What We Require

2 years of professional experience in pattern, surface, or vector illustration. Freelance, agency, in-house — doesn't matter which. The portfolio does the talking.
