What the Role Covers
You'd design wellness programs specific to each organization rather than a generic template — stress management, mindfulness training, work-life balance strategies — starting with an actual assessment of what that workforce needs rather than guessing. Programs get measured with real data and employee feedback, and adjusted based on what's actually working, not just rolled out once and left alone.
Beyond program design, you'd run virtual coaching sessions and workshops directly with employees, working one-on-one with people managing stress, performance pressure, or mental health concerns that are affecting their work. Some of that happens live, some through recorded content, guides, or tools delivered through digital wellness platforms.

Experience with virtual coaching or digital wellness delivery is expected, not optional.
Beyond the resume line items, this role calls for someone who can talk comfortably with a junior employee and a VP in the same week, using a completely different register for each, without losing credibility with either.
