Key Responsibilities
Provide Professional Counseling Services

Conduct confidential individual and group therapy sessions via video calls, chat, and phone

Offer short-term solution-focused therapy for workplace-related challenges, stress, anxiety, and personal concerns
β
Assess employees' mental health conditions, determine appropriate interventions, and create personalized support plans
β
Deliver crisis intervention services for employees facing urgent psychological distress
β
Apply evidence-based counseling techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices
β
Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and industry standards
Develop and Implement Wellness Programs

Design and implement mental health initiatives that promote emotional resilience and work-life balance
β
Develop educational resources, including webinars, workshops, and self-help materials
β
Lead awareness campaigns on topics such as
stress management, burnout prevention, and mindfulness
β
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate EAP services into the companyβs wellness strategy
β
Monitor trends in employee well-being and recommend strategic improvements to support mental health
β
Adapt services to meet the unique needs of diverse employee demographics

What Weβre Looking For
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Masterβs degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline
Active licensure as a professional counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in at least one U.S. state
Additional training in trauma-informed care, workplace mental health, or digital counseling is a plus
Work Experience & Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in EAP counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health services
Strong proficiency in virtual counseling and telehealth tools
Excellent assessment, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data insights to enhance employee mental health programs
Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills
Comfortable using technology to document and track case progress
Adaptability to emerging mental health technologies and AI-driven solutions
