Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development & Coordination

Virtual Program Design

• Develop and schedule remote training using top LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP Litmos)
• Facilitate live training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement
• Partner with instructors to prepare session agendas, interactive activities, and learner kits

E-Learning Content Creation

• Build interactive modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Camtasia
• Design scenario-based, modular courses for diverse learner needs and job roles
• Maintain a dynamic training library with accessible, up-to-date, and compliance-aligned materials

Data & Analytics

Engagement Tracking

• Use LMS analytics to monitor learner participation and module completion
• Track performance data, including time-on-task, quiz outcomes, and learner feedback

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze post-session surveys for instructional quality and delivery insights
• Conduct quarterly reviews of training content for relevance and impact
• Apply data insights to enhance learner engagement, including A/B testing enhancements

Cross-Team Collaboration
