Position: Virtual Training Coordinator Location: Remote Annual Salary: $69,248 About the Role: We seek an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This remote position requires a skilled individual to manage, implement, and oversee virtual training programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a deep understanding of virtual learning environments, and a proven track record of delivering effective training solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Virtual Training Program Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive virtual training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Design and curate engaging and interactive training materials and content for virtual delivery.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  2. Training Delivery and Facilitation:
    • Facilitate live virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops using various online platforms and tools.
    • Provide clear instructions and support to participants during virtual training sessions to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
    • Monitor and evaluate participant progress, providing feedback and additional resources as needed.
  3. Technology and Platform Management:
    • Manage and troubleshoot virtual training platforms and tools to ensure smooth and effective delivery of training programs.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in virtual training technology and recommend improvements as necessary.
    • Develop and maintain training documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and best practice resources.
  4. Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
    • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
    • Communicate with participants and stakeholders regarding training schedules, materials, and expectations.
  5. Evaluation and Reporting:
    • Develop and implement evaluation tools and methods to assess the effectiveness of virtual training programs.
    • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing training effectiveness.
    • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, participant engagement, and program success to senior management.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging virtual training and e-learning trends.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance training content, delivery methods, and participant experience.
    • Participate in professional development activities to maintain and expand expertise in virtual training.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing virtual training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx) and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with training evaluation methods and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in instructional design, training, or related fields.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
