Location: Remote Annual Salary: $74,524 Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This remote role ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires across various departments. As a Virtual Onboarding Coordinator, you will manage and streamline the onboarding experience, providing a seamless introduction to our company’s culture, processes, and tools.   1. Onboarding Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, from pre-boarding to their first 90 days.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding schedule, completing all necessary steps promptly.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to confirm new hire start dates, roles, and onboarding needs.
  2. New Hire Orientation:
    • Conduct virtual orientation sessions for new hires, introducing them to the company’s mission, values, and culture.
    • Facilitate training on company systems, tools, and policies, ensuring new hires have the knowledge to succeed.
  3. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and submitted in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Manage and track the completion of required forms, certifications, and other onboarding materials.
  4. Communication and Support:
