Key Responsibilities

Coaching Emerging Founders

• Guide early-stage and growth-stage entrepreneurs through ideation, customer research, product validation, and market-entry planning
• Conduct customized one-on-one and cohort-based sessions using Zoom, Slack, and integrated learning platforms
• Assess business concepts via Lean Canvas, SWOT analysis, and Jobs to Be Done methodology
• Enable founders to build lean operations and execute agile project frameworks
• Track performance indicators and guide sprint retrospectives and backlog workflows
• Share tactical advice on customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and revenue models

Driving Strategy with Data

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor growth, founder engagement, and business momentum
• Design dashboards and trackers to measure coaching effectiveness
• Suggest business pivots based on CAC, LTV, churn, and user traction
• Lead regular feedback loops and OKR reviews
• Integrate key data findings into the ongoing coaching strategy

Leveraging Tech for Startup Enablement

• Introduce clients to Notion, Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, and similar collaborative platforms
• Recommend workflow automations using Zapier, Make, and AI-enhanced tools
• Stay on top of no-code solutions, venture software, and tech stack innovations
• Advise on CRM systems, enablement platforms, and remote productivity tools
• Employ virtual whiteboarding with Miro and FigJam to enhance visual collaboration

Workshop & Bootcamp Facilitation

• Lead digital sessions focused on innovation strategy, investor readiness, and MVP validation
• Build content kits, slide decks, and templates for scaling and funding strategies
• Host short-term accelerator-style programs tailored to founder stages
• Run virtual hackathons, demo events, and pitch sessions with live feedback
• Curate learning roadmaps aligned with cohort goals and milestones

✅ Qualifications

Required Experience

• 5+ years in business coaching, startup advisory, or entrepreneurial leadership
• Firm grasp of startup ecosystems, accelerator programs, and early-stage funding processes
• Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Looker, and Google Analytics
• Comfort with remote-first coaching via modern collaboration platforms
• Expertise in lean, agile, and design thinking practices
• Record of supporting ventures that reached funding or market validation
• Proficiency with feedback tools and visual coaching aids

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience building or growing SaaS or tech startups
• Relevant certifications in entrepreneurship or coaching (e.g., ICF, GrowthX, Scrum)
• Involvement in innovation hubs, incubators, or venture communities
• Strong storytelling, communication, and investor pitch review skills
• Ability to evaluate leadership traits and growth potential in founders
• Familiarity with equity planning and startup finance tools
