Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Manager: Oversee Recruitment Processes

Lead and manage all stages of the recruitment cycle with precision and care, from defining hiring needs to onboarding exceptional candidates. Develop strategies that attract high-quality talent efficiently and effectively.

Design Strategic Hiring Plans

Work closely with hiring managers to create recruitment strategies that align with their unique departmental needs. Conduct market research, craft compelling job descriptions, and offer insights into best hiring practices.

Identify Top Talent

Utilize cutting-edge tools, platforms, and innovative sourcing methods to build a diverse and robust talent pool. Ensure candidates align with our company’s vision and values.

Build Strong Candidate Relationships

Develop meaningful connections with potential hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Act as an ambassador for our culture and values in the talent marketplace.

Monitor and Optimize Metrics

Regularly analyze recruitment data to identify improvement areas and enhance hiring strategies' effectiveness. Track key performance indicators, including time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

✅ A minimum of 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven record of sourcing and securing top-tier candidates. Prior experience with remote or international hiring is highly valued.
