What You’ll Help Us Build
Great people teams start with the right people. You’ll recruit the HR professionals who design systems, lead culture, and guide companies through change.
- Find HR professionals who move the needle
Whether it’s a people operations manager, benefits analyst, or HRBP—you know how to spot talent with empathy, business sense, and systems thinking.
- Make recruiting feel human
Candidates aren’t pipelines—they’re people. You’ll treat them that way with clear communication, thoughtful questions, and respect for their time.
- ✍️ Refine how we talk about HR
You’ll improve how we write job posts, introduce roles, and position people-centric functions.
- Help hiring managers hire better
You'll work with leadership to define what success looks like in each HR role and build hiring experiences that reflect it.
- Use recruiting data to guide decisions
Keep an eye on funnel performance, time-to-fill, and candidate feedback so we can continually improve.

We’re a remote, collaborative, and results-driven team—with room for deep focus and plenty of ownership.
- Our recruiting tools include: Workable, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
- Async-friendly processes: Clear documentation, weekly priorities, and open communication
- You’ll never work in a vacuum: You’ll partner closely with People Ops, DEI advocates, and hiring managers
What You’ll Accomplish in the First 90 Days
- Take ownership of 6–8 HR-related roles and move candidates smoothly through the pipeline
- Revise at least one job description to be clearer, more inclusive, or more compelling
- Help refine the candidate experience—making it more transparent, human, and reflective of our values

- ✅ 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with some focus on people operations or HR roles

- You know where to look—and how to bring in HR professionals with strategic thinking and a heart for people
- You’re always improving: your process, your outreach, your candidate experience
- You believe in building work cultures, not just filling seats
