Where You’ll Drive Real Change

• Find transformational leaders Source and engage directors, VPs, and C-level candidates who’ve built teams, launched visions, and delivered results.
• Run a process that feels like a partnership From the first touchpoint to final negotiation, you’ll build trust through clarity, preparation, and respect.
• ✍️ Craft narratives that attract exemplary leadership Refine executive job postings to focus on outcomes, culture alignment, and organizational vision—not just requirements.
• Let data back up your instincts Track performance metrics like time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rates, and stakeholder feedback to continuously sharpen your approach.
• Partner directly with executive teams You’ll collaborate closely with founders, boards, and department heads to define success profiles and shape strategic searches.

• You’ve launched and closed 3–5 senior searches across marketing, product, and operations
• You’ve built trusted relationships with senior hiring stakeholders who now see you as a strategic advisor
• You’ve improved at least one piece of the process—whether that’s an interview loop or candidate outreach workflow

• ✅ 3+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership or executive roles
• Strong business intuition: You know how to assess both character and capability
