Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Analyze and forecast hiring trends to address talent gaps and align with organizational goals proactively.
    • Design and implement recruitment plans that attract high-quality candidates while promoting a positive employer brand.
  2. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  3. Candidate Screening and Assessment:
    • Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  4. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  5. Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and maintaining engagement throughout recruitment.

  6. Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
