Remote Workforce Analyst

- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including employee performance, attendance, turnover rates, and productivity metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor workforce trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify patterns and anomalies in workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Workforce Planning and Optimization:
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to assess current workforce needs and forecast future staffing requirements.
- Analyze staffing levels, job roles, and resource allocation to ensure optimal alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Performance Metrics and Benchmarking:
- Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of workforce programs and initiatives.
- Benchmark workforce performance against industry standards and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction based on data-driven insights.
- Data Integrity and Compliance:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce data by implementing and maintaining data quality standards.
- Comply with data protection regulations and organizational policies when handling sensitive employee information.
- Perform regular audits of workforce data systems and processes to ensure compliance and address any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics and human resources management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance workforce management practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in workforce analytics.
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Masterβs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Workforce Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a remote work environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other relevant workforce management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to workforce management.
