Location: Remote Salary: $156,535 annually Position Overview: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in driving strategic workforce planning initiatives, optimizing efficiency, and supporting data-driven organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of workforce dynamics in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Workforce Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize advanced statistical methods and workforce management tools to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive reports that summarize findings and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements that are aligned with business goals.
    • Develop and maintain workforce models that project hiring needs based on business trends, employee turnover, and market conditions.

  3. Data Management:

Qualifications:
