Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Implementation

  • ✅ Design and develop engaging training programs, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, interactive presentations, and live virtual sessions.
  • ✅ Apply instructional design best practices and innovative learning methodologies to enhance knowledge retention and engagement.
  • ✅ Use blended learning approaches incorporating microlearning, gamification, and real-world scenarios.
  • ✅ Customize training content based on employee needs across various departments and job functions.

Training Facilitation & Delivery

  • ✅ Conduct virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions, live webinars, and coaching programs to support employees at all levels.
  • ✅ Offer hands-on support and mentorship to help employees strengthen their skills and improve job performance.
  • ✅ Leverage modern digital training platforms for seamless content delivery and access.
  • ✅ Adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.

Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • ✅ Perform training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
  • ✅ Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness using feedback, assessment tools, and key performance indicators.
  • ✅ Stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into training programs.
  • ✅ Continuously refine training modules based on learner feedback and business objectives.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • ✅ Work closely with HR, department managers, and leadership to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • ✅ Support onboarding programs to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
  • ✅ Develop and manage a centralized knowledge base for employees to access training materials and self-learning resources.
  • ✅ Collaborate with subject matter experts to create specialized training content for various job functions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development, ideally in a remote environment.
  • Strong proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS administration, and digital training tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar software.
  • Experience developing engaging digital content, including video-based learning, scenario-based training, and interactive assessments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for measuring and optimizing training outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
