- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic advice on sourcing and recruitment.
- Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
- Use various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases.
- Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidatesβ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
- Interview and Selection Process:
- Facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview questions, providing feedback to candidates, and conducting follow-up discussions with hiring teams.
- Support hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions by providing detailed candidate assessments and recommendations.
- Offer Management and Onboarding:
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation and training activities.
- Candidate Experience and Relationship Management:
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive recruitment environment.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities to support continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and techniques.
- Education: A bachelorβs degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of remote recruitment practices.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Familiarity with remote work best practices and tools.
