The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies that drive employee engagement, increase morale, and support our remote workforce. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Engagement Strategy:

    • Utilize data and analytics to measure engagement levels, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
