Location: Remote Annual Salary: $62,505 Position Overview: We seek an experienced and dynamic Remote Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about designing, implementing, and managing educational programs in a virtual environment. As a Remote Learning and Development Specialist, you will be critical in enhancing employees' professional growth through innovative and engaging training solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Needs Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance metrics.
  2. Curriculum and Content Development:
    • Design and develop high-quality, interactive online training materials, including e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual workshops.
    • Create and maintain instructional content, ensuring it aligns with the company’s learning objectives and industry best practices.
  3. Program Implementation:
    • Facilitate the delivery of virtual training sessions and workshops using various online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LMS systems).
    • Manage and support virtual training events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical issues.
  4. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance data.
    • Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements and adjustments to enhance learning experiences.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on training-related inquiries and development opportunities.
  6. Technology Integration:
    • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver, track, and report on training activities.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies,Β remote learning,Β and development trends to integrate innovative solutions.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of training programs, participant progress, and evaluation results.
    • Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and delivering remote learning programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual classroom technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a remote audience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or related fields.
  • Experience with gamification and interactive learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methods for measuring training effectiveness.
