About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled and empathetic Remote HR Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conflict Resolution:
    • Serve as a neutral mediator in conflicts between employees, teams, or between employees and management.
    • Facilitate discussions and negotiations to reach fair and amicable resolutions.
    • Develop and implement conflict resolution strategies tailored to specific situations and individuals.
    • Document and track conflict resolution cases and outcomes to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
  2. Policy Development and Implementation:
    • Review and update company policies on workplace behavior, ethics, and conflict resolution.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on conflict management and resolution.
    • Ensure that all conflict resolution practices comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.
  3. Employee Support:
    • Provide guidance and support to employees experiencing workplace conflicts or issues.
    • Act as a confidential resource for employees to discuss concerns and seek advice on conflict-related matters.
    • Collaborate with HR and management to address underlying issues contributing to conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  4. Investigation and Analysis:

Qualifications:

  1. Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, conflict resolution, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing and resolving workplace conflicts.
