What You’ll Do

• Create newsletters, employee updates, and HR policies that are easy to understand and engaging.
• Align all internal messaging with company culture, mission, and values.

Drive Employee Engagement

• Develop innovative campaigns that strengthen workforce relationships and morale.
• Plan and execute virtual events, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Foster a strong company culture through strategic HR communication efforts.
• Continuously analyze and refine employee communication strategies based on feedback and engagement metrics.

Collaborate with Leadership

• Partner with HR and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging across all company levels.
• Act as a communication bridge between employees and leadership by delivering transparent company updates.
• Advise HR and management teams on best practices for effective internal communications.
• Support organizational change initiatives through clear, inspiring, and confidence-boosting messaging.

Implement Communication Strategies

• Establish HR communication guidelines for a consistent and structured flow of information.
• Monitor engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Optimize messaging across multiple platforms, including email, intranet, social media, and virtual events.
• Introduce innovative communication tools to streamline HR messaging and interaction.

• Proven experience in HR communications, internal communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of building relationships and fostering engagement at all levels.
• Remote work experience. Adept at collaborating with distributed teams and utilizing digital communication tools effectively.
• Data-driven mindset. Ability to track, measure, and improve communication strategies based on engagement insights.
• Familiarity with employer branding and HR best practices. Understanding of how strategic HR communications influence employee satisfaction and retention.
