Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and experienced Remote Course Facilitator to join our dynamic team. 1. Course Delivery:
   • Facilitate live and asynchronous course sessions, including lectures, discussions, and interactive activities.
   • Provide clear explanations of course content and answer students' questions promptly.
   • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and participation.
2. Student Support:
   • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback on assignments, quizzes, and other assessments.
   • Offer one-on-one support to students as needed, addressing any academic or technical issues.
   • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student collaboration and interaction.
3. Course Development:
   • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to review and update course materials.
   • Contribute to developing new course content and resources, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and standards.
   • Utilize feedback from students and peers to make continuous improvements to the course.
4. Technical Management:
   • Navigate and manage online learning platforms effectively, ensuring smooth delivery of course content.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during course sessions.
   • Stay updated with advancements in educational technology and integrate relevant tools into the course.
5. Administrative Duties:
   • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data.
   • Prepare and submit reports on student performance and course effectiveness.
   • Participate in meetings and professional development activities to stay informed about best practices and trends in online education.
6. Communication:
   • Communicate clearly and professionally with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
   • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, providing encouragement and motivation throughout the course.
   • Address student concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree or advanced certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as an online educator or course facilitator, with a strong understanding of online learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in online learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Salary and Benefits:

• The annual salary for this position is $85,865.
