You'd own distribution logistics for online orders end-to-end: warehouse coordination, third-party logistics relationships, inventory accuracy, and reporting that tells leadership whether the whole system is actually working. It's remote, independent work, but it constantly touches procurement, sales, and customer service. Nothing here happens in isolation.
What fills the week
- Coordinate order distribution from warehouse through final delivery
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to keep fulfillment accurate and on time
- Track distribution metrics and dig into inefficiencies before they become recurring problems
- Keep inventory records accurate, working closely with warehouse teams on stock levels
- Forecast demand alongside procurement and sales, adjusting inventory before shortages or overstock hit
- Build and maintain SOPs for distribution tasks, and track KPIs against them consistently
- Resolve fulfillment issues — shipping errors, delays, whatever comes up — and stay compliant with shipping regulations
- Act as the point person for distribution-related questions, working with customer service on delivery complaints
- Run logistics software and systems, keeping data clean and current across every platform in use

What's required
A
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or something related. On top of that,
3 years in logistics or supply chain work, ideally with real experience in online distribution specifically rather than purely brick-and-mortar operations.
