Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling and Monitoring:
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the security of the premises. Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
- Surveillance:
Operate and monitor CCTV cameras to identify any suspicious activities or potential threats. Report any incidents or irregularities promptly.
- access control:
Manage access control systems, verifying the identity of individuals entering the facility. Issue visitor passes and ensures compliance with company policies.
- Emergency Response:
Respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms or medical incidents, and coordinate with emergency services as necessary. Maintain calm and order during crises.
- Incident Reporting:
Document and report incidents, security breaches, and other relevant information clearly and concisely. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
- Customer Service:
Assist employees and visitors, answering questions and directing them to appropriate locations. Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public.
- Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve conflicts or disturbances that may arise on the premises. Employ de-escalation techniques to manage difficult situations.
- Training and Development:
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance security knowledge and skills. Stay updated on the latest security practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
