Security Guard (Urgent Requirement)

The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding company premises, personnel, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role requires vigilance, physical fitness, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a secure environment.
• Monitor and authorize the entrance and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles to prevent unauthorized access.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure safety standards are met.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and surveillance equipment to detect and prevent suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of property to assess any risks or breaches in security.
• Report any unusual occurrences or incidents to management and law enforcement authorities when necessary.
• Detain and question suspicious individuals as per company protocols.
• Write detailed reports on daily activities, observations, and any incidents.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist in emergencies like fire outbreaks, medical issues, or criminal activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong observational and surveillance skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Prior experience in security services is preferred.
• Must possess a valid security license and ID proof.
• Training in self-defense or martial arts is a plus.
