Position Summary

We seek a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to join our team in New York. Core Responsibilities

Monitoring & Access Supervision

✔️ Oversee and manage the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and authorized personnel. ✔️ Perform routine security inspections to identify potential threats. ✔️ Operate surveillance equipment, including cameras and alarm systems. ✔️ Recognize and report any unusual activity or security breaches. ✔️ Implement security policies and workplace safety guidelines. ✔️ Confirm identification credentials for restricted zones.

Incident Reporting & Documentation

✔️ Maintain accurate logs of security-related occurrences and daily activities. ✔️ Communicate any breaches, unauthorized access, or damages. ✔️ Compile detailed incident reports and share findings as required. ✔️ Collaborate with emergency responders and law enforcement when necessary. ✔️ Assist in developing and enhancing security response protocols.

Staff & Visitor Support

✔️ Provide security guidance and assistance to employees, clients, and guests. ✔️ Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while addressing concerns. ✔️ Encourage a culture of cooperation, respect, and safety awareness. ✔️ Conduct informational sessions on security awareness and emergency procedures. ✔️ Act as a reliable point of contact for safety inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

✅ High school diploma or GED equivalent. ✅ Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a similar role is an advantage. ✅ First aid, CPR, or crisis intervention training is beneficial. ✅ Familiarity with security guidelines and industry standards.
