Job Description: We are seeking highly trained and experienced Armed Security Guards to join our team for high-risk security operations in Mumbai. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing professional armed security services and ensuring the safety and protection of clients, their properties, and other valuable assets. The ideal candidates will have a military, law enforcement, or private security background, coupled with experience in handling firearms, managing critical situations, and maintaining a high level of alertness at all times. Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset and Personnel Protection: Provide armed security services to clients, ensuring the safety of their property, assets, and personnel from theft, vandalism, or any external threats.
2. Vigilant Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and address potential security risks or breaches. Maintain high vigilance throughout shifts.
3. Immediate Threat Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to any security breaches or emergencies. Safeguard clients and their assets by neutralizing threats through non-lethal or, if necessary, lethal means as per legal guidelines.
4. access control: Manage the entry and exit of individuals to the premises by checking IDs, verifying credentials, and preventing unauthorized access.
5. Surveillance and Monitoring: Monitor security systems, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and other electronic security equipment, and promptly respond to suspicious activities.
6. Incident Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate reports of all security incidents, threats, or breaches during the shift. Submit reports to supervisors or law enforcement agencies if necessary.
7. Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Liaise with local police or other law enforcement agencies in case of severe security incidents or legal compliance issues.
8. Firearms Management: Safely handle, maintain, and operate firearms in compliance with local laws and organizational protocols. Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
9. Emergency Preparedness: Assist in planning and implementing emergency procedures, including evacuation protocols, in case of fire, theft, or security threats.
10. Maintain Professionalism: Adhere to the highest standards of conduct and appearance while on duty. Represent the organization with integrity and discipline.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Armed Security Guard, ex-military personnel, or law enforcement background is preferred.
• Valid licenses and certifications for handling firearms in Mumbai (e.g., gun license, PSARA).
• Strong knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: 21 years or older.
• Background check clearance is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in crowd control, conflict resolution, and high-risk security operations.
• Familiarity with various surveillance technologies and security systems.
• First aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.
• Military or paramilitary training is highly desirable.

Work Environment: The Armed Security Guard will work in high-risk areas, including residential complexes, corporate offices, financial institutions, retail outlets, and other commercial establishments. Depending on the client, there may be both indoor and outdoor patrols. The role requires standing for extended periods, quick reflexes, and the ability to stay alert and focused throughout the shift.
