Role Overview

Position Summary

As a Blockchain Developer (Remote), you will be responsible for designing and optimizing smart contracts, refining consensus mechanisms, and working closely with core blockchain infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Development & Deployment

• Build and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Vyper, or Rust across Ethereum, Polygon, or custom Layer-1/2 solutions
• Implement core distributed ledger protocols, including Proof-of-Stake (PoS), Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS), and Proof-of-Work (PoW)
• Develop modular, efficient codebases that support low latency and high throughput performance
• Maintain reusable smart contract libraries and composable blockchain modules

Optimization & Integration

• Fine-tune performance and security for decentralized finance (DeFi), NFT marketplaces, and enterprise-grade dApps
• Integrate Web3 systems using ethers.js, web3.js, and industry-standard APIs
• Build bridging mechanisms, yield farming solutions, and Layer-2 scaling features
• Monitor blockchain activity and optimize for gas efficiency and transaction cost

Innovation & Documentation

• Design tokenomics and on-chain governance mechanisms for decentralized communities
• Conduct rigorous testing using Truffle, Hardhat, and MythX to ensure security and protocol integrity
• Contribute to developer documentation, open-source repositories, and architecture blueprints
