- Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking sites to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
- Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to the recruitment team for further evaluation.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare interview guides and documentation to assist interviewers in the evaluation process.
- Facilitate virtual interview sessions, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Candidate Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout recruitment, providing updates and feedback.
- Handle candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive impression of the organization.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate sources, and diversity statistics.
- Assist in analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with HR and hiring teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Participate in recruitment meetings and contribute ideas to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires as needed.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

- A bachelorβs degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, preferably in a virtual environment.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and techniques.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
