2. Design Strategy and Execution:

   • Ensure that all designs meet high functionality, aesthetics, and user experience standards while adhering to industry best practices and standards.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
   • Communicate design concepts, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders, providing regular updates and incorporating feedback into the design process.
   • Facilitate virtual meetings and workshops to promote teamwork and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
4. Innovation and Research:

5. Quality Assurance:

6. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial design, with a proven track record of leading design projects and teams.
• Strong proficiency in design software and tools, including CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies and an understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
