What You’ll Do

Plan and Execute Engaging Virtual Events

• Create innovative and interactive virtual event experiences tailored to client goals
• Organize all stages of event planning, from pre-event logistics to post-event analysis
• Ensure smooth execution of conferences, webinars, networking sessions, and live events

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work with marketing, design, and communications teams to develop strong event branding

Manage Event Logistics and Technology

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in event planning, virtual events, or related fields
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple events and timelines efficiently

✅ Technical Proficiency

• Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms like Zoom, Hopin, Webex, or similar

• Familiarity with video production and live-streaming tools is an added advantage
