Key Responsibilities

✅ Strategic Event Planning & Execution

Design and manage comprehensive virtual educational programs, including webinars and live-streamed courses.
Utilize advanced virtual event platforms (Zoom, Hopin, Webex, ON24) to create seamless digital learning experiences.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to curate educational content and tailor experiences to diverse audiences.
Establish event workflows to ensure smooth execution from planning to post-event analysis.
Ensure accessibility features such as real-time captions, translations, and adaptive learning tools are integrated.

✅ Technology & Innovation

Incorporate AI-powered tools for interactive Q&A sessions, chat automation, and real-time polling.
Explore immersive learning solutions like VR/AR to enhance online engagement.
Adopt analytics-driven insights to optimize event formats and improve audience interaction.
Develop integrations with CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline event registration and follow-up.

✅ Engagement & Communication

Implement pre- and post-event engagement tactics to maintain participant interaction.
Host interactive breakout sessions, networking lounges, and collaborative forums.
Ensure smooth communication through automated email reminders, SMS alerts, and interactive content.
Segment audiences to deliver personalized experiences and targeted content.

✅ Data-Driven Decision Making

Monitor attendee behavior and engagement metrics to assess event success.
Utilize A/B testing methods to refine content delivery and event structures.
Gather real-time feedback through surveys and engagement tracking tools.
Create post-event reports detailing key insights, audience participation rates, and actionable recommendations.

✅ Collaboration & Team Leadership

Work cross-functionally with tech, marketing, and content teams to enhance event delivery.
Oversee event support teams, including moderators, technical staff, and engagement coordinators.
Develop strategic partnerships with industry professionals to expand the reach of virtual events.
Train internal teams on emerging virtual event trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in top virtual event platforms (Hopin, Zoom, ON24, Webex, BigMarker).
Experience using CRM, analytics software, and AI-driven engagement tools.
Familiarity with cloud collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
Ability to integrate technology solutions for seamless event execution.

Event Management & Coordination

5+ years of experience in virtual event planning and online learning coordination.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous events.

Data & Analytics

Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and event tracking platforms.
Ability to interpret attendee data to optimize future event planning.
Experience in performance tracking and deriving actionable insights from engagement trends.

Soft Skills
