- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to ensure optimal performance and project success.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify resource needs and allocate personnel accordingly.
- Team Coordination and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for remote team members, providing support and guidance as necessary.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure seamless workflow and project alignment.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within remote teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Project Management:

- Training and Development:

- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Masterβs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management, project management, or a similar role, focusing on remote teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing resources and projects in a virtual environment.
- Strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies, including project management software and collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and engage remote team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
