Key Responsibilities

Drive HR Strategy

Talent Acquisition & Retention

Lead comprehensive hiring processes to attract top industry talent. Create structured and engaging onboarding experiences to integrate new employees smoothly. Establish retention strategies that promote employee engagement and career development.

Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

Design and implement initiatives to boost team morale and collaboration. Organize virtual team-building events to strengthen connections among remote employees. Address workplace concerns proactively to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

Who We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience
