Key Responsibilities:

   • Perform regular system updates, troubleshoot issues, and manage system configurations to meet organizational needs.
   • Coordinate with IT and vendor support teams to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
2. Data Management and Reporting:
   • Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into talent management metrics, including employee performance, engagement, and development.
   • Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations for HR decision-making and strategic planning.
   • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all talent management systems.
3. System Implementation and Upgrades:
   • Support implementing new talent management systems or modules, including project planning, system testing, and user training.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop specifications for system upgrades and new features.
   • Manage system integration with other HR systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
4. User Support and Training:
   • Provide user support and training to HR staff and employees on the effective use of talent management systems.
   • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and system guides.

5. Process Improvement:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with talent management systems or similar HR technology platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with system implementation, integration, and user support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively train and support users.
