Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather, analyze, and interpret workforce data from various sources, including staffing levels, productivity metrics, and operational performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into workforce trends and performance, supporting informed decision-making.
- Utilize statistical techniques and forecasting models to predict future workforce needs and identify potential gaps.
- Workforce Planning and Optimization
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement workforce plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assess current workforce capabilities and identify areas for improvement or reallocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor workforce performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment on workforce strategies and initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely, utilizing visual aids and presentations as necessary.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging input from team members and stakeholders to enhance workforce planning processes.
- Technology and Tools

- Project Management
- Lead and participate in special projects related to workforce planning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future initiatives.
- Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in all workforce planning activities.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for workforce planning and analytics.
- Conduct regular audits of workforce data and processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field; a Masterβs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software; experience with SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to remotely manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of workforce management principles and best practices is highly desirable.
