What You’ll Be Doing

Case Management and Claims Oversight

• Handle and investigate workers' compensation claims from start to finish.
• Collaborate with injured employees, employers, medical providers, and legal reps.
• Review documentation, assess eligibility, and determine benefit levels by regulations.

• Conduct interviews and clarify complex case issues while building trust remotely.
