What You’ll Be Doing

As a Remote Technical Writer, your primary mission is to develop high-quality documentation that enhances product understanding and drives user success. Your contributions will support engineering teams, product leads, and end-users, shaping how knowledge is communicated across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain user manuals, developer guides, online help systems, and product documentation.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to gather source material and verify content accuracy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into plain, digestible language that is friendly and inclusive.
• Maintain consistent formatting and style across various types of documents
• Regularly review and update documentation to reflect product changes and improvements
• Develop content strategies that align with user experience goals and accessibility standards
• Manage content versions using Git, markdown editors, or content management systems
• Provide input on interface text and error messages for clarity and consistency
