Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Remote Tableau Data Analyst, you will be at the core of the company’s data-driven initiatives. Your expertise in Tableau and data analytics will be instrumental in providing business intelligence that supports strategic goals.

Data Visualization & Dashboard Development

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to drive business performance Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visual reports for key stakeholders Optimize dashboard performance for better user experience and accessibility Ensure dashboards are responsive, scalable, and designed with best practices in mind

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality Perform trend analysis and predictive modeling to identify business opportunities Maintain a high level of data accuracy and consistency in all reporting processes

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Stay updated on the latest Tableau features, BI tools, and industry best practices Implement data automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency Develop custom scripts for advanced data processing and analysis Proactively identify process improvements to enhance decision-making

What You Bring to the Table

To excel in this role, you should bring a mix of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen. ✅ 3+ years of experience in data analysis and Tableau dashboard development ✅ Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep for creating and managing reports ✅ Strong background in SQL, Excel, and data modeling to perform efficient data analysis ✅ Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence best practices ✅ Ability to translate complex data sets into compelling visual narratives ✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset ✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams ✅ A passion for innovation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making
