Role Overview

What You’ll Do

As a Remote Senior Graphic Designer, you'll take the creative reins on multi-channel projects. From digital campaigns to branded systems, you’ll be leading design narratives from concept through delivery. You'll work closely with a dynamic crew of copywriters, developers, marketing strategists, and fellow designers—all remotely. Together, you’ll craft visuals that resonate deeply with diverse audiences. You’ll be empowered to inject personality, wit, and emotional relevance into every design element. Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into visually appealing design solutions across print, digital, and motion platforms.
• Lead brand development efforts, including logos, iconography, visual systems, and style guides.
• Create captivating visuals for social media, presentations, websites, product mockups, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and clarity in brand messaging.
• Present design concepts with confidence, articulate design rationale, and incorporate constructive feedback with grace.
• Keep pace with evolving visual styles and introduce innovative perspectives in creative brainstorms.
• Mentor junior designers by offering feedback and guiding visual direction.
