Key Responsibilities of the Role
Uncovering Emotional and Behavioral Insights
- Design and deploy research studies that investigate viewer reactions to digital and broadcast content
- Analyze viewer behavior across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and OTT channels
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, focus groups, heat mapping, and behavioral tracking
Supporting Data-Driven Storytelling
- Translate complex viewer data into accessible, visually rich reports that highlight actionable insights.
- Present your findings to creative and executive teams, offering recommendations that drive narrative improvements.
- Monitor real-time content performance and alert key stakeholders to emergent trends.
Collaborating Across Creative Departments
- Work hand-in-hand with content strategists and creatives to test ideas before launch.
