Key Responsibilities That Drive Impact
Support Operational Excellence
- Assist with the implementation and optimization of recruitment workflows to support a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional departments to ensure timely hiring processes.
- Monitor recruiting pipelines, track hiring metrics, and flag bottlenecks or gaps for resolution.
Optimize Candidate Experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a seamless candidate journey from initial contact to final offer.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to reflect real-time status changes.
- Act as a candidate advocate by ensuring timely communication, establishing effective feedback loops, and maintaining a personalized touch at every stage.
Drive Data-Driven Insights
- Generate and interpret recruitment reports to help stakeholders understand performance and forecasting.
- Provide data-supported recommendations for improving funnel efficiency, time-to-hire, and diversity in sourcing.
- Track and analyze recruiter performance metrics and recommend workflow improvements.
Enhance Tools and Systems
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks using recruitment software and integrations.
- Partner with IT and People Ops teams to maintain toolkits, platforms, and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and provide training support when new tools are introduced.
