Location: Remote Salary: $76,565 per year Position Type: Full-Time Overview: Are you enthusiastic, highly motivated, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting top talent for various positions across our organization. Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through recruitment while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Utilize a variety of platforms and tools to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Employ creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build relationships with industry professionals.
  2. Candidate Screening:
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
    • Administer and interpret pre-employment assessments and background checks as needed.
  3. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
    • Manage candidate relationships and maintain regular communication to keep them informed and engaged.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
    • Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.
    • Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and recruitment best practices.
  5. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  6. Candidate Experience:
    • Provide exceptional candidate experience by offering clear communication, timely feedback, and support throughout recruitment.
    • Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that reflects the company’s values and culture.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
    • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your recruitment skills and knowledge.
    • Contribute to process improvements and innovations to streamline the recruitment process and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully filling positions in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport and engaging effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for evaluating candidates' qualifications and fit.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruiting for specialized roles or industries is advantageous.
