1. Data Collection and Management:
   • Gather, clean, and maintain performance data from various sources, including internal databases and external systems.
   • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing and following rigorous data quality standards.
   • Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated processes for efficient data collection and reporting.
2. Performance Analysis:
   • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
   • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to present stakeholders with key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant data.
   • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and provide actionable insights.
3. Reporting and Visualization:
   • Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
   • Present insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
   • Customize reporting tools and dashboards to meet the specific needs of various departments and projects.
4. Strategic Support:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their performance metrics needs and provide support in developing and tracking KPIs.
   • Assist in the development of business cases by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
   • Support strategic planning and decision-making processes through detailed performance analyses and scenario modeling.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on performance data and analysis.
   • Recommend and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
   • Monitor the impact of process changes and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their performance measurement needs.
   • Provide training and support to users on performance metrics tools and reporting processes.
   • Act as a liaison between data teams and business units to ensure alignment on performance measurement objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
   • Proven experience (3+ years) in a data analysis role, preferably within the context of performance metrics or business intelligence.
   • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and performance measurement frameworks.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
   • Experience with data management and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
   • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
